How Can I Pay For The Treatments I Receive?

At Franklin Rehab, we provide multiple options to help you pay for your treatments.  We recognize that special circumstances may exist, and that an extended course of physical therapy is a costly venture.  We can assure you that we will work closely with your insurance company to get the maximum payments on your behalf. Please remember that you, not your insurance company, are fully responsible for your bill.  You can use one or a combination of the options below to make sure you get the treatment you need.

Payment Methods Accepted
We accept most insurance plans. However, in situations where we are not an in-network provider, we will make every effort to work with your insurance company and provide our services at a comparable rate to in network providers. Insurance

• Many insurance plans or Medicare will cover a portion or all of the treatments. We will also send you a letter to confirm your insurance benefits.
• You are responsible for co-pays and deductibles. Your co-payment, if any, must be paid at each visit throughout the course of our treatment.  If a deductible is part of your policy, then you will be billed any part of your treatment that was applied to your deductible.
• We will call your insurance and find out your benefits.  As a courtesy, we will provide you with a written summary of your physical therapy benefits with an estimated co-pay amount, if you have one. If you'd like to know this information before starting therapy, we'd be happy to find out your benefits prior to your first treatment.
• If you were injured in a car accident, we will bill your health insurance and supply you with billing records so that you will be able to be reimbursed through a third party. We can only bill an auto insurer if they will pay us as we submit claims.  If you have an attorney, and decide to pay for your treatment through your health insurance, you are responsible for your copayments.
