Bio:
Jessica has specialized in women’s health/pelvic floor rehab since 2012 and has focused training in abdominal and pelvic rehabilitation. She is a certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and has taken courses with the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. Her patients range from those experiencing bladder control issues to those experiencing pain during or recovering from pregnancy. She works with women of varying ages, transitioning them from therapy to individual goals and a more active lifestyle.
